The verb нравиться is in plural form because the subject is духи which is always plural in Russian. You can imagine this sentence as being something like this: “Her perfums are not appreciated by me”.

“Her perfums are not appreciated by me”

I think you mean “Her perfumes are appreciated by me.” But an English sentence closer to the Russian would be something like “Her perfumes are pleasing to me.”
