Can anyone please explain the difference, if any, between, sprawozdanie and raport? Thanks!

I’d say they’re pretty much the same in terms of meaning. The noun “raport” comes from the same root as the English word “report”, while “sprawozdanie” derives from “zdawać sprawy”, which actually means “to deliver a report”.
