I think this might be a confusing translation. Especially for a relatively new speaker. Perhaps something like 'Opportunity rarely presents itself twice" would be a bit easier to swallow.
That is because Clozemaster picks up its corpus from Tatoeba; you might get anything between a stilted word-for-word translation or a free interpretation. There may even be errors! Therefore, Clozemaster may be not be the best resource for learning a language unless you already know if fairly well.
