Of the two translations given for “Gehst du”? it seems to me that only one is correct. “Gehst du” is appropriate when speaking to one person with whom you are on “informal” terms. This is equivalent to ¿Te vas?. If you were speaking to a group of people with whom you have an informal relationship, you would say “Geht Ihr”.
