Would this sentence be more accurately translated as ‘I was exactly on time’ or more colloquially as ‘I was bang on time’? ‘I was just in time’ would suggest that you were on time but you only just made it … is this what the Polish sentence would suggest? Thanks
Generally speaking, the word “akurat” has a positive connotation.
I think the Polish sentence suggests that the person arrived exactly when they were supposed to—so if a meeting was planned at 2:15 PM, they arrived at 2:15 or maybe two minutes earlier.
